Gospel musician Bahati was the subject of online discussion on Saturday afternoon after surprisingly sitting on President Uhuru Kenyatta’s seat at Kasarani Stadium.
While performing his song Mama during Jubilee Party grand launch, the young musician pulled the President away from his seat, which he comfortably occupied singing to First Lady Margaret Kenyatta.
In an incident rarely witnessed, some of the leaders at the dais even stood to witness the moment as Mr Bahati recited lyrics of the song directing them to Mrs Kenyatta.
The award winning musician excited the crowd as he took turns to usher Mr Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto on stage as he taught them a few dance moves.
Majority seemed thrilled by his performance and even made fun of how the singer sat on the chair before Opposition leader Raila Odinga.
