President Uhuru gets emotional on live tv and delivers this deep message to Kenyans after IEBC commissioner Roselyn Akombe resigned that has touched even Raila Odinga

President Uhuru Kenyatta has spoken out just a few hours after IEBC commissioner Roselyn Akombe tendered in her resignation letter.

In a press conference at State House, the Head of State called for a national day of prayer and reconciliation on Sunday 22.

Kenyatta admitted that the country has gone through a rough patch after the Supreme Court annulled the August presidential election.

He alluded to the Bible and urged Kenyans to seek God’s face as the country gears towards the October 26 election.

“Scripture says that if the people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
